| It's
Just A Plant |
 |
It's Just a Plant, a children's book about marijuana,
explicitly addresses the potential harm of drug abuse and
insists that it's something not to be experimented with by
children. This controversial book sensibly discusses the most
widely used illegal plant in the world, through the belief
that a child's first awareness of drugs should come from a
better source than the media, the government, or the drug
manufacturers.
It's wonderfully written and illustrated by Ricardo Cortes with
an epilogue by Dr. Marsha Rosenbaum, with additional artwork by
Futura, SMARCUS, Afruz Amighi, Che Jen, Jose Parla, Sara Press,
Ann Sappenfield and Tillamook Cheddar.
"It's available now for advance orders online @ www.justaplant.com,
and will be available in select stores this December.
