Thanks for joining M Shop for Fashion Flipside (formerly Stores A GoGo)! The street side fashion show extravaganza sponsored by the Lower East Side BID, was originally co-created by M Shop in 2002, to uplift the LES neighborhood economically after 9/11. It features the hottest runway collections from neighboring businesses during Fashion Week, and is always jammed packed with public and press. And this year the Lower East Side Girls Club rocked the catwalk in their own designs!

Fashion Week Crosses Delancey Street
"Offbeat style and Lower East Side moxie were on full display at yesterday's Fashion Flipside, a pageant of bikini-clad vixens and sexy vintage queens who catwalked to whistles from residents in surrounding tenements. The mood was fun, homespun and local, featuring looks from Mohara, Vena Cava and Plum. The runway turns by homegirls from the Lower East Side Girls Club got the most applause -- it was their turf they were catwalking after all."
