How to start, structure, and form a working business plan & about start-up costs, various options for your company structure, the proper licenses, tax permits, or registrations you will need. Getting samples and patterns made, graded, and the fundamentals. Find out how to source and secure fabric and trims, and to create development sheets. Learn the importance of timing and being able to deliver your products, spotting trends, and building a viable collection that retail buyers want to have in their stores.
